No experience necessary! We offer a complimentary Luxe Preview sessions- a personalized introduction to the reformer and foundational movements designed to help you feel comfortable and confident before joining a class.

Yes- grip socks are required for all classes to ensure safety, stability, and hygiene on the reformer. They help prevent slipping and allow for better control during movement. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio.

Yes! We offer a variety of class packages designed to fit your lifestyle and goals, as well as a monthly unlimited membership.

We recommend form-fitting activewear that allows for comfortable movement.

Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during class. Towel service is available for your convenience.

We ask to avoid wearing claw/butterfly clips to class as they damage the reformer headrests. Hair ties are available at the front desk.

We kindly request 24 hours notice for any class cancellation to avoid being charged for the session.
