Founded by Jennifer Nirenberg, a certified STOTT Pilates instructor with over 20 years of experience in both the medical and aesthetic fields, Core Luxe Pilates is the culmination of her passion for blending wellness with sophistication. With a background that uniquely bridges health, beauty, and fitness, Jennifer brings an expert eye for detail and a refined, results-driven approach to Pilates. Each session is designed to elevate your strength, flexibility, and overall well-being, ensuring a transformative experience in an exclusive, luxe environment tailored to your personal goals.

Jennifer has advanced her certification to safely and effectively work with injuries and special populations, including clients navigating pre and postnatal changes, osteoporosis, joint replacements, scoliosis, spinal fusions, mastectomy recovery, and more. But the best thing about Core Luxe Pilates is Jennifer. She is an amazing instructor who meets you where you are. I always feel like I am a little stronger and coordinated after an hour with her.
